Refund & cancellation policy

Margin is a subscription software service. This policy explains how subscriptions are billed, how you can cancel, and when a refund applies. It applies to payments made to Margin through our payment processor, Razorpay. By subscribing you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service.
1. Subscriptions and Billing
- Margin is offered on a recurring subscription, billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you choose.
- All fees are quoted and charged in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of, or subject to, applicable taxes (such as GST) as indicated at checkout.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Margin does not store your full card or bank details.
- Unless you cancel, a subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current price.
2. Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, or by emailing us at support@eacopilot.in.
- Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your subscription remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again after that.
- We do not automatically delete your workspace data when you cancel. You can request deletion at any time (see our Privacy Policy).
3. Refunds
- 7-day money-back on your first subscription. If you are subscribing to a paid plan for the first time and are not satisfied, email us within 7 days of that first payment and we will refund it in full.
- Renewals and later periods. Outside that 7-day window — including on automatic renewals — fees for the current billing period are non-refundable, and no refund is given for partial or unused time. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Billing errors and duplicate charges are always refunded in full. If you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after a confirmed cancellation, contact us and we will correct it.
- Annual plans. If you cancel an annual plan, it runs to the end of the paid year; we do not pro-rate a refund for the remaining months except in the cases above.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay to your original payment method. Once approved, we initiate the refund within 2 business days; it typically reaches your account within 5–7 business days, though the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer. We will confirm by email when a refund has been initiated.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@eacopilot.in from the email address on your account, with the workspace name and the date or payment reference of the charge. We aim to respond to every refund or billing request within 2 business days.
